Life And Death
A label the Ninja keeps in rotation, and the artists on it.
37 records in rotation · 154 plays on air
With an average Ninja score of 8.4 across thirty-six tracks, Life And Death occupies a sweet spot between deep house, techno and downtempo, folding experimental and tech house textures into a nocturnal, body-moving aesthetic. The imprint's catalogue leans towards the melodic and the hypnotic, never committing fully to peak-time rigidity but always maintaining an underground pulse.
Regular rotation of Thugfucker, WhoMadeWho, dop, DJ Tennis, My Favorite Robot and Mind Against confirms a roster drawn to brooding synths and sleek, progressive structures. Together, they sketch a label identity that drifts from spaced-out downtempo to driving tech house, serving DJs who value emotion as much as energy.
