Poker Flat Recordings
A label the Ninja keeps in rotation, and the artists on it.
7 records in rotation · 35 plays on air
With a rotation spanning deep house, tech house, deep techno and straight-up house, the label favours moody functionality over spectacle. Artists such as TRENTEMØLLER, Tim Engelhardt, Joyce Muniz, youANDme, Demetrius and Qess supply cuts that merge rolling basslines with hypnotic, dub-tinged atmosphere, keeping the aesthetic firmly rooted in the deeper, more cerebral corners of electronic music.
An average Ninja score of 8.5 across seven tracks confirms Poker Flat as a reliable conduit for quality underground electronics. It does not dominate the bag, but its consistent presence speaks to a curatorial focus on timeless, floor-tested material rather than fleeting trends.
