Dekmantel
A label the Ninja keeps in rotation, and the artists on it.
102 records in rotation · 524 plays on air
With one hundred and two tracks earning an 8.4 average, Dekmantel proves itself a workhorse in the bag rather than a boutique gamble. Its aesthetic drifts across ambient and downtempo meditations from DJ Python and Polygonia into the deeper currents of house, techno, deep techno, and tech trance commanded by Marcel Dettmann, Steffi, Virginia, and Palms Trax, refusing to flatten its identity into a single sub-genre lane.
That breadth places the label at the centre of the underground's shifting landscape, functioning as a trusted curator between the chill-out room and the peak-time floor. The roster's diversity never dilutes the quality; instead, it marks Dekmantel as a label whose catalogue rewards repeated digging, whether the moment calls for weight or warmth.
