Deetron presents Soulmate

The music arrives as a sleek but rugged strain of techno, filtered through an electronic sensibility that favours depth over brute force. Across eight tracks in rotation, the project maintains an 8.5 average by keeping tension between melodic detail and dance floor utility, never letting atmosphere override momentum.

On Ilian Tape, it sits comfortably within the label’s forward-thinking underground framework, where experimental edges meet physical club function. The range is tightly focused rather than sprawling, working the overlap between electronic texture and techno propulsion with a confidence that justifies its regular place in the mix.
