Unsound Mind

At 125 BPM in the melancholic grip of 7A, this record channels sustained, peak-time intensity that belies its deep techno tagging. The energy is relentless, yet the texture remains porous—dubby delays and organic low-end rolling through the mix like smoke through a basement system. It does not bang for the sake of it; instead, pressure accumulates in layers, each one slightly more suffocating than the last.

In a set, this is the moment the room tilts—too forceful for the warm-up, too hypnotic to be mere filler. It belongs in that shadowy middle ground where heads are down and the bass is medicinal. Chaos In The CBD have carved out a space that feels simultaneously claustrophobic and cavernous, and this cut exploits every corner of it.
