Hivern Discs

With an 8.5 average across twelve tracks in rotation, Hivern Discs favours the slow burn. John Talabot, Dorisburg and Marc Pinol thread deep house, techno and electro through spacious downtempo and ambient passages, letting folk-tinged textures blur the line between floor and foyer.

Quentin, Interchain and Round push the catalogue into colder, more experimental corners, confirming the label's place in the underground's leftfield. It is a haven for selectors who value hypnosis and patience over obvious anthems, mapping a shadowy hinterland where club functionality dissolves into headphone reverie.
