The Ninja on this record
The groove locks in at 125 bpm, but the playful bounce in the low end supplies the real momentum. Energy sits at a near-constant nine, yet the warmth in the chords keeps the pressure buoyant rather than brutal; every squelch and dubby flutter is placed with a precision that proves minimal need not mean sterile. It is hooky in the best way, melodic charm threaded through a frame that moves hips before brains catch up.
In the mix, this fills the golden-hour pocket where the room is full but still hungry. The tonal centre at 4B cuts with an open brightness that never turns shrill, bridging deeper warm-up records and peak-time tools. Drop it as a sentimental peak or let it roll as a quirky breather; either way, the personality is unmistakable.
