The pulse sits dead at 128 BPM, a taut metronomic anchor that lets the hypnotic minimal house framework breathe without ever loosening its grip. Johnny D keeps the energy at a near-constant nine, layering warm, saturated atmospherics that swirl around the 11A key’s centre, creating a tunnel of sound that feels simultaneously intimate and immense.
In the mix, this is the melodic underground fit that the Oslo pedigree promises, slotting in well after midnight when the floor needs propulsion but not pandemonium. It builds a room out of restraint, letting subtle frequency shifts do the heavy lifting as the locked groove pulls bodies into the same entranced orbit.
