The kick lands with a 10-out-of-10 conviction at 125 BPM, yet Disko Dario leaves enough space in the mix for the harmonic content to bloom in C Major. What strikes me is the tension between that relentless, almost brutal drive and the melodic flourishes that drift overhead like falling leaves—precise but never clinical, and all the more engrossing for it.
In a set, this sits at the precarious junction where deeper, musical programming meets peak-time demand; the Parquet backing ensures it will not cheapen the moment with obvious clichés. I would drop it when the floor is already locked but needs a narrative lift—its 8B key centre shining brightest when teased against neighbouring melodic records that share its major-scale colour, letting the energy crest rather than crash.
