The Ninja on this record
At 109 bpm in 10A, this cut moves with a deliberate, heavy stride that feels closer to a hypnotic techno pilgrimage than to standard deep house fare. The energy is relentless: a nine-out-of-ten pressure that squeezes every bar into a raw, late-night corridor of dubby echoes, brittle percussion, and underground pedigree.
It is the sort of record I reach for when the room is already half-lost, slotting it in to maintain momentum without racing the tempo. That 10A tension keeps everything shadowy and unresolved, letting the track serve as a bridging device between deeper, headier moments and the main floor's unforgiving peak-time crush.
