The Ninja on this record
I keep returning to this 122-BPM G minor grind for its raw, hypnotic pull; it favours late-night warehouse pressure over placid dub-techno drift. The energy is relentless yet measured, with sub-bass coiling through the mix in melodic tension that tightens like a vice against the floorboards, demanding movement without ever hurrying the groove.
In my sets, this is a dead-hours weapon, slotting perfectly between deeper dub zones and peak-time hypnosis. The atmosphere is underground to the bone, built for rooms where smoke lingers and every metallic hi-hat flash cuts through the murk with surgical intent, locking the floor into a collective, trance-like sway.
