The Ninja on this record
At 130 BPM, this remix locks into a lean UKG chassis that feels stranger and more angular than your standard bassline roller. The energy sits at a firm 8, so the momentum never dips, yet there is a leftfield quirk to the groove that betrays the Studio Barnhus pedigree. It moves with the efficiency of a club tool but carries enough oddball character to keep heads turned.
This is after-hours material: the record you reach for when the floor has thinned and the room needs a jolt without a full-scale assault. Key 10B keeps the tone surprisingly bright, letting it glide between darker warm-up slots and the tripped-out endgame. In my bag, it bridges heads-down garage and the wayward corners of the night.
